Boutique Workplace

Hunters partnered with Boutique Workplace to furnish their newest flexible workspace in Cheltenham, continuing a relationship that has spanned more than 12 years. Working closely with the client team, we delivered a furniture scheme that balanced Boutique’s distinctive design aesthetic with practical, value-engineered solutions.

Indurent

When HOP brought us in as their furniture partner for Indurent’s new London headquarters, the brief was straightforward: deliver their vision, hit the budget, and make it feel anything but corporate. Across 11,000 sq ft at 247 Tottenham Court Road, we did exactly that; bespoke joinery, considered social spaces, and a finish that brings Indurent’s identity into the room without shouting about it.

In collaboration with Stage RE, we delivered a two-floor CAT A+ scheme in the heart of Soho, giving each level its own distinct identity to inspire prospective tenants. One floor dark and moody, the other light and warm — two different spaces, one building ready to let.

Apolitical’s Westminster office is a vibrant, flexible workspace set within a characterful period building overlooking Westminster Abbey. Delivered on a CAT B scope in partnership with Soul Spaces, the project blends playful colour, agile meeting spaces and adaptable desking to energise a growing team.

Informa

For our long-term client Informa, we refurbished their London Victoria office into a contemporary, flexible environment whilst keeping operations live. Through phased installation and a strict adherence to timescales, the project was delivered on time and within budget

Walworth Town Hall

We furnished the restored Grade II-listed Walworth Town Hall, breathing new life into a landmark that stood derelict after a devastating fire in 2013. The building’s story is central to the design. Its fire-scarred brickwork, vaulted ceilings and period detailing were intentionally preserved, and our scheme was crafted to sit gently against this heritage. The fire-damaged site got transformed into a vibrant hub for business, culture and community.
