Client Brief
CAT A+ project, 30 St Georges Street, had a sophisticated workspace in mind, aiming to attract high-calibre tenants. The vision was to design an eye-catching environment that showcased elegance and exclusivity, with standout features like luxurious grand chandeliers. Hunters were assigned the complete design and furnishing of the space, operating without external designers to bring this vision to life.
Design Approach
Embracing the client’s aspiration for a high-end aesthetic, we worked with Defined Interiors to curate a selection of premium furniture pieces. Frovi’s bespoke creations were prominently featured, offering custom-made solutions that seamlessly integrated with the workspace’s refined design. Vitra chairs were strategically placed around the desking areas, providing both ergonomic support and a touch of modern sophistication. To promote sustainability and continuity, select furniture pieces were repurposed from unused areas on other floors.
Challenges & Results
The project was completed smoothly, with no significant challenges to overcome. The elegant design and attention to detail resonated with the target demographic, successfully attracting the desired clientele.
