Client Brief

Agora Spaces wanted to create a sustainable, inviting CAT A+ office environment that would attract tenants quickly. The design needed to integrate compact yet functional areas, such as kitchens, collaboration areas, and meeting rooms. Each meeting room needed to stand out with unique finishes whilst maintaining a cohesive furniture style. The overall aesthetic of the workspace took inspiration from the building, with Hunters choosing furniture that was long-lasting and of good quality.

Design Approach

In collaboration with design and build specialist Whitepaper’s design team, we established a Mediterranean-inspired aesthetic featuring terracotta tones, light wood finishes, and a minimalistic Scandinavian vibe. The client was actively involved throughout the process by visiting mutliple showrooms to familiarise with products and attending collaborative sessions at our London studio to finalise finishes and designs. We also made sure we satisfied our clients desires by having multiple Muuto products, paired up with Narbutas desking and Allemuir furniture pieces emphasising the Scandinavian vibe.

Challenges & Results

Despite logistical challenges, Hunters successfully delivered and installed all furniture whilst maintaining the project timeline. The team navigated the lift-free building by employing creative delivery strategies and worked closely with electricians to integrate power systems seamlessly into the desks.

The completed Agora Spaces radiated warmth, perfectly aligning with the client’s vision. The Mediterranean-inspired design, coupled with durable and eco-conscious furniture, attracted tenants quickly. This success led Agora Spaces to commission Hunters for an additional floor, establishing the beginning of an ongoing partnership.
