Capita - a project management company - chose us on behalf of the client to source a high-spec and stylish loose furniture package over 6 floors including the main reception, meeting rooms, breakout areas and café.
Our existing industry relationships were instrumental in the success of this project. We were ahead of the competition by being able to source high-end products for the best price in the market through our relationships with suppliers.
We also had an existing relationship with the building management for the JLT office which meant a seamless and efficient installation.
The furniture package included Vitra Grand Repos and Citterio Suita Sofas along with products from Arper and Howse. The ultra high-spec pieces in neutral tones with clean lines complemented intricate architecture of the spaces perfectly.
Planning, preparation and formal sign-off for all the products meant there were no requirements for last minute changes and everything was right first time.
We built a great relationship with Capita and worked seamlessly together, leveraging our industry relationships. So much so, that they have since engaged with us for other projects. The client was delighted with the final result, especially the client lounge, and even ordered more pieces since the initial installation.
