Client Brief
The Bower Old Street went through a comprehensive redevelopment to turn it into a dynamic workspace environment. The goal for Level 4 was to create a distinctive and inviting office space that would attract prospective tenants by offering a unique visual identity whilst maintaining harmony with the building’s overall aesthetic. Collaborating with Whitepaper, Hunters designed each floor to have its own colour palette and character, ensuring individual identities across all levels.
Design Approach
We embraced an eclectic design approach that reflected the creative energy of Shoreditch. The design scheme incorporated a curated selection of furniture from over ten different manufacturers, including brands such as &Tradition, Muuto, and Sixteen3, to create a dynamic and inspiring workspace. Special attention was given to the breakout areas, where aesthetically pleasing and comfortable furniture pieces were selected to encourage collaboration and relaxation.
Challenges & Results
We made sure that all furniture was delivered and installed on time, adhering to the highest quality standards. The distinctive design and inviting green atmosphere of Level 4 contributed to the rapid leasing of the space, demonstrating the effectiveness of the design approach in attracting tenants.
