Working alongside the Glenmhor Facilities Management, Hunters specified and supplied a full furniture package for Phoenix ME, a mechanical and electrical consultancy practice, as they relocated to E1, London.
Time was precious on this project, with just six weeks between briefing and completion. We had to plan carefully and ensure the product specification was right first time - there was no time for amends later in the project.
The client had a clear vision of what they wanted so we were keen to involve them in the selection process early on. Showroom visits and a collaborative approach meant that we were able to discuss options upfront for a quick and straightforward selection process.
All the furniture was delivered and installed over the weekend while the space was unoccupied.
Time was a big challenge for this project. Using our strong supplier relationships we were able to procure every item quickly and efficiently from each manufacturer. We then used our logistical expertise to consolidate all the furniture into one convenient, out-of-hours delivery.
Through the pressure and challenges the project ran smoothly, culminating in the furniture being installed seamlessly. Phoenix ME is full of praise for their new space.
To ensure everything ran smoothly we defined a budget right from the start and created a project plan highlighting critical milestones. A mixture of KI Unite desking was selected with Orangebox Do high-back task chairs and pedestals from Nott Office. Monitor arms and CPU holders were procured from Humanscale.
