Hunters were responsible for coordinating the delivery and installation systems and loose furniture package across 12 executive suites and meeting rooms in their City of London office.
High-end was the watchword for this project. Products of the highest quality were chosen with pristine finishes and luxuriant feel. The sheer bulk combined with the delicacy of the pieces presented the major challenge of this installation, with every desk the size and fragility of a grand piano.
Restrictions in the loading bay presented further complications, meaning we had to use small vehicles specifically designed for this purpose. We employed experts with specialist knowledge in these products and experience in their delivery and installation to guarantee that the no furniture was damaged and the process ran seamlessly.
Planning was essential to smooth project delivery. This was the first time we had worked with Furniko and they were exceptional in their attention to detail. The contractor ensured that the floor was ready for us by delivery date and we were able to complete the installation out of hours over a single weekend, ensuring that their was no disruption to the client’s business operations. The project ran like clockwork.
The final result is a vision of urbane sophistication and refined simplicity. The desking from Furniko combines high gloss black and white finishes with glass desktops in a chic monochrome design. These are augmented with sumptuous Vitra Eames Soft Pad chairs to create an ambience of opulence.
The client loved the finished look, a model of understated elegance and practicality. We are now looking forward to another project with them.
