Hunters partnered with Boutique Workplace to furnish their newest flexible workspace in Cheltenham, continuing a relationship that has spanned more than 12 years. Working closely with the client team, we delivered a furniture scheme that balanced Boutique’s distinctive design aesthetic with practical, value-engineered solutions.

When HOP brought us in as their furniture partner for Indurent’s new London headquarters, the brief was straightforward: deliver their vision, hit the budget, and make it feel anything but corporate. Across 11,000 sq ft at 247 Tottenham Court Road, we did exactly that; bespoke joinery, considered social spaces, and a finish that brings Indurent’s identity into the room without shouting about it.

In collaboration with Stage RE, we delivered a two-floor CAT A+ scheme in the heart of Soho, giving each level its own distinct identity to inspire prospective tenants. One floor dark and moody, the other light and warm — two different spaces, one building ready to let.

Apolitical’s Westminster office is a vibrant, flexible workspace set within a characterful period building overlooking Westminster Abbey. Delivered on a CAT B scope in partnership with Soul Spaces, the project blends playful colour, agile meeting spaces and adaptable desking to energise a growing team.

For our long-term client Informa, we refurbished their London Victoria office into a contemporary, flexible environment whilst keeping operations live. Through phased installation and a strict adherence to timescales, the project was delivered on time and within budget

We furnished the restored Grade II-listed Walworth Town Hall, breathing new life into a landmark that stood derelict after a devastating fire in 2013. The building’s story is central to the design. Its fire-scarred brickwork, vaulted ceilings and period detailing were intentionally preserved, and our scheme was crafted to sit gently against this heritage. The fire-damaged site got transformed into a vibrant hub for business, culture and community.

In collaboration with Stage RE, we delivered a six-floor CAT A+ scheme where each level was designed with its own distinct character to inspire prospective tenants. Despite logistical challenges, the project was completed seamlessly, creating a beautifully varied and lettable workspace that blends residential traits with commercial.

For Arcadis’ UK headquarters, we delivered a sustainability-led furniture package with specific suppliers. The result balanced design integrity with environmental responsibility, leading to four further projects across the UK delivered under tight timelines.

For a private aviation company in Mayfair, we created a front-of-house space that reflects the exclusivity of the industry. Working alongside the client’s designer, we delivered a scheme grounded in Italian elegance with marble, gold accents and plush leathers. The result is a refined, five-star environment.

McCann Worldgroup brought together 11 of its agencies under one roof, relocating to a single site next to Liverpool Street Station in London. With 1,200 people heading to a new workspace, Hunters was hired to create a single, collaborative space that would spark better collaboration between agencies and create opportunities for people from different departments to share ideas.

We supported Ascential through multiple relocations across London, furnishing five offices that reflected the brand’s creative, data-driven culture. Later, as the business consolidated ahead of its acquisition by Informa, we created a calm, Scandinavian-inspired HQ.

A project that centred on creating calm, homely and highly flexible environments with no fixed desks, strong acousting performance and materials that reflected each city.

This is Skyscanner’s major workplace transformation of their Edinburgh office, creating two modern, flexible hubs designed to encourage staff back into the workplace and support new ways of working.

Working with Threefold Architects, we transformed a listed West End building for The Crown Estate into a timeless CAT A+ workspace. Using a curated selection of suppliers, we balanced heritage and modern functionality, delivering an elegant, sustainability-led scheme that met every standard with precision.

Working with Swift, we furnished Taylor & Francis’ new Oxfordshire workspace with a contemporary, flexible design that reflected Informa’s brand identity. Completed on time and within budget, the project strengthened our ongoing relationship with Informa.

For Coventry University’s Beatrice Shilling Building, we delivered full consultancy, procurement and project management services. The versatile design supports advanced STEM learning and collaboration, earning the Value Award at the West Midlands Constructing Excellence Awards 2020.

Supporting the University Campus of Football Business’s expansion, we delivered a modern, flexible campus beyond Wembley Stadium. By reusing existing furniture and prioritising UK manufacturers, we created a sustainable, bright and functional environment that embodies UCFB’s vision for world-class sports education.

For 30 St George’s Street, we designed and furnished a sophisticated CAT A+ workspace that radiates elegance and exclusivity. Collaborating with Defined Interiors, we curated bespoke and repurposed pieces for a sustainable, high-end finish.

We furnished The Anning Rooms at the Natural History Museum, transforming unused areas into a refined, multi-purpose members’ space. Working with Dannatt Johnson and Equals Consultants, we delivered a serene, Scandinavian-inspired interior that complements the museum’s heritage within a two-day installation.

For Castleforge’s Cheltenham coworking site, we created a warm, industrial-meets-modern aesthetic anchored by bespoke Rawside furniture – a look that became their visual signature across future sites. Delivered on time and on brief, it set the blueprint for national rollouts in Bristol, Manchester and Exeter.

For Agora Spaces, we delivered a warm, Mediterranean-inspired CAT A+ workspace defined by natural materials and Scandinavian simplicity. Close collaboration and creative problem-solving kept delivery smooth, resulting in an inviting, sustainable environment that leased quickly and strengthened our partnership with the client.

In partnership with Perkins&Will, we supported Arup’s move into a purpose-built HQ designed for flexibility and inclusivity. The scheme prioritised neurodiverse design, sustainability and comfort, combining quiet pods, collaborative zones and agile workpoints to create a workplace where everyone can thrive.

For Great Portland Estates, we delivered a six-floor CAT A+ workspace that redefined the tenant experience through a hospitality-led design. Sustainability was key, with every product benchmarked for environmental integrity. Completed ahead of schedule despite a live site, the project’s standout design helped the building lease rapidly and strengthened our long-term partnership with GPE.

Working with TP Bennett, we helped SocGen create a headquarters that reflected their international reputation for excellence. Through detailed consultancy, a full test floor, and real-time staff feedback, we shaped a refined, people-centred workspace delivered with precision across a live, multi-tenant site.

The insurance firm’s HQ was transformed from a traditional office into a hospitality-inspired, biophilic workplace. In collaboration with TP Bennett, we introduced flexible zones, reimagined layouts and reused existing furniture to create a vibrant, sustainable environment where people want to be.

Managing every aspect from stakeholder engagement to installation, we created a flexible, agile environment that balances individuality with brand harmony.

With the goal to serve the area’s growing population and promote patient wellbeing, a new health centre in Aldgate combined two GP practices into one facility. Inspired by the building’s central courtyard and natural light, the furniture scheme focused on calm, uplifting design and flexible working solutions.
